The City of Ottawa Planning, Transit and the Environment Department is offering a Planning Primer Program to help residents become more aware of, and more involved in, the land-use planning process.

Wow that sounds great. It's to bad the courses are already full. I would have really liked to take them given that my career interest is Urban Design and planning.
Any idea how to persuade the city to open more spots for those who want to take the courses?

We've inquired, and here is the response:
"We are holding the elective courses in the Fall, therefore, the Primer courses will be held again in early 2009."
